Designing that strikes at the
hear of problems regarding energy conservation
and low cost
Here are some representative examples of the
furnaces and plants that our company has designed.Designs
are conducted with each of our customer's needs
clearly in mind;these needs could range from initial
investment reduction, energy saving effects, manpower
(work-force) reduction, etc.We believe that good
equipment can only be made when there is a definite
understanding between our designers and customers.

Production of Super-Sized Temporary Furnace
There was an inquiry for
17 large size pressure containers from Daewoo
Heavy Industries in Korea. Our recommendation
was that they build a super-sized temporary
furnace because our calculations showed that
building a temporary furnace would lead to
large cost reductions. Although temporary,
this furnace would be built according to Japanese
building standards: seismic force of 0.3G
and wind speed of 48m per second. It would
be a gigantic furnace with internal measurements
of 15mW×15mH×30.5mL. Our company took charge
of design, technical assistance, major equipment
supply, education for the operators, as well
as the overall reduction of investment costs.
During this time, we received similar inquiries
from Formosa Heavy Industries in Taiwan and
accepted the order. After having completed
the furnace, we got the thanks monument from
the president of Daewoo. |
