Jemix has always been a pioneer of state of the
art technology, ever since our Japan's early years
of annealing. This means that we are given the responsibility
with our customers'valuable merchandise for heat
treating and the total annealing of large sized
welded structures that do not fit into furnaces.
Although Japan's total annealing technology began
30 years later than other developed nations, total
annealing without using a furnace began in Japan
in 1992 when IHI received a permit from the International
Trade and Industry Minister. Jemix implemented a
700 ton pressure container. Twenty one years after
our company conducted the total annealing of a global
tank for Toyo Kanetsu in Singapore, this technology
is beginning to spread in our country at last. We
believe that this technology will continue to grow.
