Our company started in 1968 as Nessho Service Co.,Ltd, a company that focused on heating technology.。In the same year, we were welcomed in the market as a company that specializes in PWHT after signing a license contract with Cooperheat Company. We were the first technology company in Japan that conducted total annealing of gigantic welded structures that weigh up to 700 tons, by using high speed burners. We are ranked at No. 1 in this area. This is our first pillar of strength.
Our next project was the production of high temperature aluminum ceramic heaters which uses high-purity aluminum ceramic for insulation. Additionally, our manufacturing department is in charge of the production and design of a heating plant and industrial furnace that will use high speed burners and electric resistance heaters. This is our second pillar of strength.
The third pillar is our research on high frequency inductive heating technology that we started in 1993. Although there are companies that have already entered into this area, we have developed a large number of small, light-weight and low cost equipment in order to overturn the fixed idea that "high-frequency equipment is expensive". We have received positive feed-back from our customers in the space, food, stationary, and other industries.
We are especially proud of the fact that our insulation device for architectural reinforcing bars, which we had developed in the aftermath of the Great Hanshin Awaji Earthquake, was officially recognized and received the awards of Science and Technology Agency Director General as well as that of the Hyogo Prefecture Governor. The high-speed burners, the ceramic heaters, and the high frequency inductive heating devices are the technologies that supports our company. Most important of all are our employee, who support the technology with our traditional slogan: "Clear Service, Rapid Service, and Service with a Smile"
